Looking for Certainty!

A request has been made that I articulate in more detail what it is I am offering with the Affinity Equitation Language Workshops and Combined Clinics, what it is about and what will the individual learn...

Of course I can share the concept in a brief explanation as I have on each of the Workshop outlines, and I can share that it involves online groundwork, liberty and time in the saddle with your horse... however, the ''not knowing exactly what you are going to get" bit is actually at the core of what I am sharing!

If you come into something knowing what you are going to get taught, what you think you will learn, the details of it all and again the "training", there is nothing new, there are no new possibilities to be discovered because your mind is fixed on the information you already have, or even just on the ideas of what you think you are going to get. 

Have you ever tried something completely new? Something where you really don't know what to expect, you have no idea what it will feel like? Perhaps going on a thrill ride at a theme park!? Your heart is in your mouth, your stomach is doing flip-flops and your mind is racing with thoughts of "how is this going to be"? You have to be brave because you are stepping into the unknown, but along with the step, the jump, the courage it takes, is the result. An adrenalin pumping, breathtaking experience, its what LIFE feels like! In that moment you experience not being certain, not being "in control" not knowing! And in that moment you experience yourself in a NEW way...

No, I hope my Workshops will not make you feel like you are on a thrill ride on your horse...or maybe I do??  ;-) I am just inviting those brave people who can step aside from the need to look for certainty in everything to just JUMP. Come into this without KNOWING!! 

I offer Language as it opens the doorway to CONNECTION. I am just not going to presume to tell you the how, what, why's and where's of exactly what that looks like to YOU and YOUR horse specifically...Just like someone really can't explain the "HOW TO'S" of falling in love to another person and if they did it would wreck it, I am just asking you to come along. Come, and get what YOU will get. It will be a safe, supported, inspiring, exciting journey!  

But it will be YOUR journey to take.....
You could get nothing. You could get EVERYTHING!  :-)
